You choose the size and just how you’d like it seasoned and Nino’s Chefs will trim, tie and oven roast your beef to your preferred doneness so you can relax and enjoy the dinner.  Beef gravy, au jus or side dishes priced separately.  Choose from: char-crusted, herb roasted, or black peppercorn crusted.
