Red Bean & Cheese Dip with Chipotle
Serves 6
If you have any difficulty finding Chipotle powder, just add the equivalent of Chili Powder and a couple drops of liquid smoke.

  1. 3 cups Canned Kidney Beans (with juices)
  2. 8 oz. Velveet (brand) Cheese
  3. 1⁄3 cup Cream Cheese
  4. 1 tsp. Salt
  5. 1 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar
  6. 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  7. 1⁄2 tsp. Chipotle Powder
  8. 1⁄2 tsp. Cumin Powder
  9. 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  10. 1⁄4 cup Green Onion
  1. Puree beans in a food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except green onions and pulse until combined.
  3. Adjust dip's constancy with water as needed.
  4. Remove contents to a bowl and stir in green onions.
