Ingredients

CHEESECAKE FILLING
  • Makes 1 – 8” Round Cheesecake about 3” high.
  • 2 Lbs Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 TBSP All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Lemon Rind, Fine Grated
  • 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Pure
  • 4 ea Eggs, Extra Large
  • 1 ea Egg Yolk
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream (40% Butter Fat)

Instructions

TO MAKE THE CRUST
  1. Melt butter and stir into crumbs until like wet sand.
