Rich, comforting, and full of classic Italian flavor, this Pappardelle Bolognese pairs wide ribbons of tender egg pasta with a hearty, slow-simmered meat sauce. Ground beef, onion, celery, and carrot are enhanced with red wine, Nino Salvaggio Marinara, and a splash of heavy cream for a beautifully rich and velvety sauce.
