Ingredients

CARAMEL PECAN SMEAR
  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar, Packed
  • ½ Cup Salted Butter
  • ¼ Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 Cup Pecan Pieces

Instructions

CARAMEL PECAN SMEAR
  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes and cool to room temperature.
  2. Spray a 9” x 13” casserole dish with non-stick vegetable spray. Pour the caramel pecan smear into the dish and spread evenly.

Notes

Makes one 9″ x 13″ casserole and feeds 6 to 8 persons
