Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
  • 1 cup Spanish Onion
  • 1⁄2 cup Fresh Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Cloves
  • 2 1⁄2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
  • 4 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1⁄2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
  • 1⁄4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Crushed Dry Oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and saute onion, garlic and green peppers until transparent.
  2. Add beef and brown well.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
