grilled peaches & burrata salad

Sweet, savory, and bursting with the flavors of summer, this Grilled Peaches & Burrata Salad is a show-stopping dish that's as beautiful as it is delicious. Lightly grilled peaches add smoky sweetness to a bed of fresh spinach and peppery arugula, while creamy burrata, delicate prosciutto, juicy cherry tomatoes, crunchy pecans, and crisp red onion create the perfect balance of textures and flavors. Finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and rich balsamic glaze, it's an elegant salad that's perfect for entertaining, a light lunch, or a refreshing summer dinner. As featured in our Founder's Daughter's Recipes series, this seasonal favorite is a delicious way to celebrate Michigan's summer produce.
