Ingredients

  • 1 whole Nino’s French baguette
  • 4 whole tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 tbsp Nino’s fresh pesto
  • 12 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • Balsamic glaze, to drizzle

Instructions

  1. Prepare the BreadSlice the baguette in half lengthwise, then cut into 4 equal sandwich portions. Lightly toast the bread if desired, for added crunch and warmth.
  2. Spread the PestoSpread about 1½ tablespoons of Nino’s fresh pesto on the bottom half of each sandwich.
  3. Layer the IngredientsOn top of the pesto, layer:
    • 3 slices of fresh mozzarella
    • 3–4 slices of tomato
    • 3 slices of prosciutto
  4. Finish with Balsamic GlazeDrizzle balsamic glaze lightly over the layered ingredients (about 1–2 teaspoons per sandwich, or to taste).
  5. Assemble & ServePlace the top half of the baguette over the fillings. Serve immediately, or wrap tightly in parchment paper for a perfect picnic or lunch-on-the-go.
