This rendition of one of America’s most popular steak sauces stays rather close to the original. You’ll find that during the cooking of this sauce, you may want to “tweek” an ingredient here or there to suit your own sweet & savory tastes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1⁄3 cup Raisins
- 1⁄3 cup Sweet Onion, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup Water
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Orange Juice
- 1⁄4 cup Sherry Vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- – Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer uncovered (stirring occasionally) for about 30 minutes or until it reaches a medium thick consistency. Cool until warm then puree in a blender. Adjust consistency with water if necessary then store (covered) in refrigerator.
