Well! The delicious and scrumptious dinner is over. If you’re anything like me, I always like to save just enough room for something sweet to end the meal with. That’s when the battle is on to try to decide what your dessert ending choice will be. With so many options and delicious choices to choose from it’s almost impossible to decide (not reallyJ) But, just in case let me try and make it a little easier for you to deicide. Here are some of my favorite dessert ending choices.

Felsina Vin Santo- Italy

A sweet dessert wine from Tuscany Italy made from the Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes with notes of honey, tropical fruit perfume and dried apricot. Pairs deliciously with sticky toffee pudding. For another tasty treat try dipping your favorite biscotti in it.

Terrassou Hors D’ Age 6 Years, Riversaltes- France

From the Languedoc- Roussillon located in southern France between the Rhone to the east and the Pyrenees to the southwest. This mouthwatering dessert wine made with 100% Grenache Blanc grapes, has sweet notes of golden raisins and bitter orange. It’s silky and layered with rich brown sugar and almond flavors, it pairs perfect with puff pastry filled with pudding or fruit.

Quinta De La Rosa N.V Porto Ruby- Portugal

A delicious Ruby Port with flavors of ripe red and black berries with plums and dates. It’s fresh and full of lip smacking goodness. Try with sticky blue cheese or chocolate truffles.

Now that I’m full, I think it’s time to take a nap.

Cheers,

Simone
