I remember sitting on the white, sandy beach with my toes in the sand and the beautiful Baja sunshine on my face, listening to Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds.” That song brings back such fond memories of one of my favorite vacations in Cabo, St. Lucas! As I wandered up to the tiki bar to get another refreshing, delicious fruit cocktail, I was hoping it would last forever. Don’t we all when we’re on vacation?
Okay, enough reminiscing. Let me tell you about some great, refreshing fruit cocktails!

This strawberry ginger martini is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy.
2 parts Domaine De Canton (From France, it is a blend of ginger and cognac.)
1 part gin or vodka
1 lime wedge
Muddle 3 large strawberries and squeeze in the juice of a lime wedge. Serve in a chilled martini glass.
You cannot go wrong with this thirst-quenching fruit sangria. It is the perfect cocktail for a summer picnic.
1 bottle of SeaGlass Sauvignon Blanc
2 cups of St. Germain
2 fresh peaches, sliced
5 to 6 fresh strawberries
6 fresh raspberries
1 small bunch of grapes
Stir into a pitcher or carafe and allow to sit for 3 to 6 hours. Serve in an ice-filled glass.
Black Raspberry Margarita
I love anything raspberry, and this black raspberry margarita is to die for!
¾ oz. Chambord Liqueur
1 ½ oz. Tequila Herradura
¾ oz. pomegranate juice
½ oz. lime juice
Raspberry or lime to garnish
