Nino’s Take & Bake Pizzas are handcrafted with the finest ingredients. Our dough is made fresh daily, never frozen. The most essential element of artisanal pizza dough is time. A slow fermentation gives our dough its light-crispy texture and depth of flavor. It starts with a pre-fermented dough aged for 12 hours to build flavor in the dough. Strategic stretching of the dough during the initial fermentation stage develops gluten and makes the dough evenly elastic and forgiving to create the perfect base for a great pizza.
We use Grande Whole Milk Mozzarella from local farmers that are committed to a Farm to Fork artisanal philosophy, and they only use Grade A dairy to produce authentic Italian Cheese. Nino’s proudly uses Margherita Pepperoni crafted in the old-world tradition of sausage making with the highest standards in the industry.
