Portabella:
This mushroom is a variation of the commonly cultivated white mushroom. Portobello’s usually have reduced moisture. These mushrooms are another variation of the common white mushroom. You may also see it labeled or called as the brown mushroom. They are really great in stir-fry recipes, soups, risottos or just as an appetizer
White Mushroom:
Like the other mushrooms the white mushroom is a very good source of health and nutrition. Its packed with vitamins D and B 12.
