I love Mother’s Day!! To me it’s a celebration spent with family and friends enjoying the day together. It’s always a treat planting flowers, having brunch or going to your favorite restaurant. I love to get pampered and it’s a great excuse to have breakfast in bed and sip on a delicious Mimosa. Below are a couple of suggestions to celebrate your Mother’s Day in style.
Cipriani Bellini
From Harry’s bar in Venice, the birthplace of Bellini. Amazing and fresh with fragrant bubbles mingled with peach zest and a little sweetness. A delicious treat for brunch on Mother’s Day. New Age Sangria Recipe
Wash all the skins of all the fruit first.
1 Lemon halved then each half quartered and squeezed into pitcher, drop in fruit as a garnish.
½ Orange cut into 4 then squeezed into pitcher, drop in fruit as a garnish.
½ cup Blueberries – put in plastic bag and crush to break skins and release juice, add to pitcher
½ cup Strawberries cut into small pieces, add to pitcher
½ cup Raspberries, add to pitcher
1 bottle cold New Age Rose’
Pour into glass with ice.

Yummy mimosas topped with a fresh strawberry.
Mimosa Cocktail
In a Champagne flute add
One Part Les Allies Blanc De Blancs Brut Sparkling wine
One Part Orange Juice
½ Shot Bauchant Orange Liqueur
Top with a frozen strawberries.
