This Easter Sunday it’s time to think about just what you’re planning to cook for your family and invited guests. Among the most popular main course dishes are roast leg of lamb and juicy baked ham. Also, stuffed pork roasts have become an increasingly popular selection. They’re all GREAT choices.

Never roasted a lamb? Start here. Whatever suits your tastes this year, you’ll want to be sure you serve it with some great-tasting side dishes. Many of my favorite recipes for Easter side dishes include:

Maple Roasted Acorn Squash with Bacon

Seasonal Roasted Vegetables

Bacon Wrapped Red & Gold Fingerling Potatoes

Cheesy Potatoes au Gratin

Yukon Gold Potato Soufflé with Cheddar

If you’ve chosen a leg of lamb from our Butcher Department, I’d recommend serving it with my Mango and Sweet Tamarind Chutney or Mixed Fruit Chutney.

And here are a couple chutney recipe links:

And with Ham, I have two ideas for you to try. First, my Homemade (Spicy) Yellow Table Mustard , or try my fabulous Ham Glaze.
