Christmas is just about here and New Years is soon to follow. Both are worthy of enjoying some delicious cocktails, so we’ve asked our resident expert of libations, Simone Peterson, to provide three creations you can make for your holiday parties. Enjoy!
Kris Kringle Rum, Tummy Warmer
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Hot water
- ½ Oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- 2 oz Kringle Cream Liqueur
Combine butter, brown sugar, and spices in a warm mug. Fill mug about halfway with hot water and mix. Top with rum and Kringle Cream.

The beauty of a Sparkling Reindeer Fizz
Sparkling Reindeer Fizz
Ingredients:
- ½ shot of St Germain Liqueur
- ½ Shot of Chambord Liqueur
- Prosecco
- Sugar for rim of glass
- Couple of frozen raspberries
Coat a wine glass with sugar, Pour St Germain and Chambord and top with Prosecco garnish with raspberries. And don’t hesitate to add a touch of whipped cream on top!

The yummy Peppermint Holiday Blast.
Easy Peppermint Holiday Blast
Ingredients:
- Rumchata Peppermint Bark
- Spray whipped cream
- Crushed Peppermint
- Red and Green sprinkles
Rim a Martini glass with crushed peppermint. Combine Rumchata and ice in a cocktail shaker and pour, top with whipped cream and top with red and green sprinkles.
