Nino's All Beef Taco Meat

Whether used in Tacos or Taco Salad, you may just want to have some stashed away in your freezer for those late night Tex-Mex cravings. It's easily reheated and can also be used as a garnish in soups, in dips or as a topping on snacks.

  1. 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
  2. 1 cup Spanish Onion
  3. 1⁄2 cup Fresh Green Bell Pepper
  4. 1 Tbsp. Garlic Cloves
  5. 2 1⁄2 lbs. Ground Beef
  6. 2 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
  7. 4 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  8. 1⁄4 tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper
  9. 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  10. 1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
  11. 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  12. 1⁄2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  13. 1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
  14. 1⁄4 cup Water
  15. 1 tsp. Crushed Dry Oregano
  1. Heat oil in pan and saute onion, garlic and green peppers until transparent.
  2. Add beef and brown well.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
