From small to large wheels, from here to there, we have over 300 cheeses from everywhere! You’ll find uncommon varieties of goat cheese and Bries, Bruno-Uusto, a baked cheese from Finland and Sweden and Sap Sago, fat free cheese from Switzerland. Italian cheeses include Academia Barilla Parmesan Reggiano and Asiago, both fresh and aged. Keep a look out for Beemster, produced seasonally, and in limited quantities, using extra smooth spring milk from pesticide free pastures. And of course, you’ll love the ever popular Mild Pinconning, from right here in Michigan. All our cheeses are cut in-store (note the large wooden table) so you know the piece you’re buying is fresh and tasty.
