| INGREDIENTS: | 2 bunches of Broccolini
3 Tbsp. Butter
1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
Pepper to Taste

| DIRECTIONS: | Broccolini is a cross between broccoli and Chinese Kale. It is completely edible, from flower to stem, and its texture is less fibrous than either broccoli or asparagus.
Preparation: The stem does not need to be peeled before being eaten. Boil in salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain. Drizzle with butter, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste.
Nutrition Facts: 1 bunch. Broccolini is very high in Vitamin C (130%) and folate. High in Vitamin A (30%) and Potassium (270 mg.), source of iron, vitamin B6, calcium and dietary fiber.
