Lemon Curd Fondue
A delicious dip for fresh fruit! Just skewer your favorite fruits on the end of a fondue fork or wooden skewer and dip. This recipe can also be adapted in many ways by adding some pureed fresh fruit to the mixture before blending or by adding a drop or two of food color to accentuate the look

- 6 FI. oz Heavy / Whipping Cream
- 1⁄3 cup Lemon Curd
- 1⁄3 cup Powdered Sugar
- - pinch Salt
- Using a food processor, blend all ingredients together to make a smooth, creamy dip.
