Everyone enjoys a compliment and we at Nino's are no exception. We enjoy reading your letters, emails, and customer suggestions and we'd like to share some with you.
Our goal is to expand and improve our customer services by listening to you, our customers, when you tell us what we're doing right and where we might need some constructive criticism.
We ordered three party platters, two vegetable, one cheese for a party this weekend. Just wanted to tell you how impressed everyone at the affair was with both the variety of food and the way they were arranged. Our experience from ordering to picking up, cashing out and transferring to the car made this a shopping experience second to none. (The boxes sure made transporting great.) Thank you again.

Well, better late than never....I was given the sad task of a last minute funeral luncheon a while back for a large group (+150). There had been a hold up as the death was out of state and the service planning was very rushed. I went into Nino's with not much hope of being able to pull it all together and was so wonderfully surprised at all the help I received and how perfect everything was. The family was overwhelmed with the details and cooperation and the food was delicious, as always. i can't thank the staff behind the scenes enough, I know it involved extra work for all. It certainly made a HUGE difference to us and we will never forget the help and kindness of Nino's.

Last week I contacted Shelly, the party planner at your Clinton store, to cater a college graduation party for my daughter. Everything had to be done over the phone since I live in Connecticut. Shelly was wonderful to work with, making suggestions for everything from what to order to where to get chafing dishes. Just as promised, she showed up on Sunday with delicious food and helped set everything up. Our guests raved about the food and everything was superb. Now, my husband and I are thinking about ordering from Nino's when we are in town for other celebrations like Christmas. Please extend my gratitude to Shelly! for an excellent job.

It has taken me some time to catch up both at work and at home, but want to take this opportunity to thank you for helping me put on a very beautiful and delicious baby shower. My son and daughter-in-law were thrilled and very grateful and I received many compliments on the food, beverage, flowers and décor.
I will certainly keep you in mind if I host another event, and I have spread the word to others who might be contemplating something in their own lives. I am even going to mention this to our office manager who plans various events within our office.

The food was very good and the guy who delivered it was very helpful. The ribs were overwhelmingly the favorite of the guests. The potato salad was excellent as were the Caesar salad and Cole Slaw. The sandwiches were very good and I personally liked the variety. The kids loved the hot dogs, but you had way too much chili included. ¼ as much would have been more than adequate, there were only 16 dogs. I would definitely order again from your store.

I wanted to thank you for all your help with our graduation party this past Saturday. I also appreciate that you called me – in anticipation of my phone call – to make sure I wasn’t trying to reach you with the phones out at Salvaggio’s. Everything went really well, the food got great reviews from the guests, and the ability to order flowers and balloons and have them delivered with the rest of the food was an added bonus!

Thank you for preparing a wonderful catering meal for my son’s confirmation party this past Saturday. I must say I took on a risk because I never ordered any catering food from Nino Salvaggio in the past and I had 30 family members invited to my son’s party. You did a great job from: the initial contact & promptness in returning my call, willingness to custom prepare what I was looking to serve, quality and preparation of the eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns and French toast, and lastly provided at a very reasonable price.
I received many compliments on all items at the party and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Nino Salvaggio based on your efforts. I have already begum recommending Non Salvaggio catering services to friends and family and will continue to do so for some time. It is not often I write a letter like this but in your case it is definitely warranted and I’m sure to be a return customer!

We ordered dinner for 8 to alleviate my ailing in-laws from the chore of cooking Thanksgiving dinner. We got enough food to feed 16!!! The quality was excellent. Turkey was moist and beautifully pre-carved, delicious sweet yams and mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce was fresh-made, corn, green beans, wonderful dressing, gravy and pumpkin pies!!
… We also bought champagne (2) and excellent Cabs (2) and Pinot Grigio (2). All in the dinner and wine was under $250.00.
It was a great value!! Our new Michigan Thanksgiving Day tradition is Nino Salvaggio!!!!
