Chicken & Pasta Caesar with Romaine
Description:

The addition of Gemelli (twins) pasta and Grape Tomatoes makes an otherwise "routine" Chicken Caesar a NEW and welcome addition to the dining table.

Ingredients for 4 Portions:
2 cups Gemelli Pasta
- Boiling Salted Water
2 e.a Chicken Breasts
1 Head Romaine
0.50 cup Grape Tomatoes
0.50 cup Parmesan Cheese
1.50 cup Cardinis Caesar Dressing
1 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
Portions:
Preparation
  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water until well chilled. Drain again and place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
  3. Garnish with shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.
