Paella
Description:

This classic Spanish dish is named after the pan it is cooked in (also called a Paella) and is a REAL potpourri of poultry, seafood, chorizo sausage, vegetables and rice, all accented with the wonderful flavor and perfume of saffron. There's something for everyone in this terrific recipe.

Ingredients for 6 Portions:
1 Lb. Scallops
1 Lb. Medium Shrimp
1/2 tsp. Saffron Threads
5 Cups Chicken Stock
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 medium Onion
1 medium Red Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp. Garlic
3/2 Cups Canned Plum Tomatoes
1 each Bay Leaf
2 Cups Rice
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
12 oz. Can Peas
1/2 Cup Black Olives
1 each Lemon
2 tsp. Sea Salt
