2 tsp. Allspice
24 Cloves
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 Cinnamon Sticks
Portions:
Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Allow Mulled Cider to rest 5 to 10 minutes to settle, then strain through a coffee filter, fine cheesecloth or paper towel into a serving utensil.
  3. Add additional sugar (up to 1 cup per gallon) if desired.
  4. NOTE: This recipe can be garnished with fresh orange slices.
