Fresh Flavor Fillets™

Nino’s “Fresh Flavor Fillets™” are a terrific way to experience the many interesting and delicious fish that we pre-prepare for your convenience with our own recipes of prepared stuffings, marinades, rubs and seasonings.

This delicious Salmon Entrée is best prepared using the GRILLING or OVEN ROASTING method.

Grilling
Pre-heat grill to medium hot. Be sure grill is clean of debris and very lightly wiped with vegetable oil before grilling. Remove Kabobs from container and remove any excess marinate. Pat dry with an absorbent paper towel. Spray both sides of Kabobs with non-stick vegetable spray and place on the grill. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness and overall size. Typically, each Kabob will require approximately 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

Oven Roasting
Remove Kabobs from container and remove any excess marinate. Pat dry with an absorbent paper towel. Spray the side down side only, with non-stick vegetable spray and place on an oven proof baking tray which should also be sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. The up (top) side of the Kabobs may be basted with a marinate of your choice before placing in the oven. Place prepared Kabobs in a pre-heated 400 F oven. Cooking time will vary depending on thickness and overall size. Typically, a Kabob will require approximately 15 to 20 minutes to fully cook.

Additional Information:
The fish in this Kabob will be fully cooked when a small incision in the thickest part of the flesh is able to flake it apart, it is no longer translucent but fully opaque in color, and the fish is firm. An excellent accompaniment for any Kabob is a bed of rice. Choose your favorite rice pilaf recipe or from any number of excellent packaged rice mixtures.
