Creamy / Emulsified Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  2. 1⁄2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  3. 1 each Egg, Extra Large
  4. 1 each Egg Yolk, Extra Large
  5. 1 Tbsp. Tarragon, Fresh, minced
  6. 2 tsp. Oregano, Fresh, minced
  7. 1 Tbsp. Basil, Fresh, minced
  8. 1 Tbsp. Parsley, Fresh, minced
  9. 1 tsp. Garlic Cloves, minced
  10. 1⁄2 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
  11. 1⁄4 cup Shallots, minced
  12. 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  13. 1⁄2 tsp. Celery Salt
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on low until homogenized.
Notes
  1. Makes about 2 cups.
