Barbecue Salad Dressing
This recipe was first created for a Picnic Theme tailgate menu and its been a huge summer salad dressing favorite for many who've tried it since. It pairs particularly well with romaine and iceberg lettuces and with chilled, grilled pork, beef or chicken. Among other salad garnishments, the flavor of this dressing goes well with tortilla chips instead of croutons.

- 1⁄2 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1⁄4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1⁄4 cup Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Mustard, Whole Grain Dijon or Honey
- 1⁄2 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- Combine all ingredients and stir or blend well.
